At Digihalf CRM, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. In compliance with Meta's platforms and general data protection regulations, we provide a straightforward process for users to request the deletion of their data associated with our application.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your activities or personal information associated with the Digihalf CRM application, you can do so by following these steps:
Email Request: Send a formal data deletion request to our support team at support@digihalf.id
Subject Line: Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request - [Your App Name/User ID]".
Verification: For security purposes, please send the email from the account registered with our CRM. We may ask for additional verification to ensure the request is legitimate.
Types of Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon a successful deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:
Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile settings.
Lead Data: All synchronized leads and customer information retrieved from Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Communication Logs: Chat histories and interaction logs associated with your account.
Metadata: Any temporary files or cached data related to your CRM usage.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as financial record-keeping or fraud prevention.
